We’re a small South Australian business, and every North of Now order is packed with care before heading your way.
Processing Times
We aim to pack and dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
During launches, sales, market weekends and other busy periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to be packed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where applicable.
Australian Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or another suitable courier service, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Skimboards & Oversized Items
Due to their size, skimboards and other oversized products may have different shipping rates or delivery options from our standard products.
Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
Local Pick-Up
Where available, local pick-up can be selected at checkout. We’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you investigate it with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll happily update the address if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage costs may apply to resend the parcel.
